Leo Wingate is a man in his late thirties or early forties, with softly tanned skin and salt-and-pepper hair. He also kept his body in great shape, showing a body which Wendy Beauchamp was surprised to see.

Gallant and sweetly shy, he was first seen coming back to his place where he found a naked-Wendy after changing out of her cat-form and immediatly helped his "neighbour" in need of clothing. Though it may apppear he could easily seduce women, he is rather inconfident when confronted to one and was quickly disturbed by Wendy's nakedness.
