Isabelle d'Orléans, Regent of the European Coven, is a Silver Blood traitor, in love with her former-past life brother, Lucifer. She organized the Bal des Vampires in Paris where Schuyler was attacked by the Leviathan. She later welcomed Schuyler and Jack in her coven for protection, but the two quickly uncovered her true allegiance and ran away from her.
