Mark Waters is an American fim director and producer, known for his works on Mean Girls and Freaky Friday. He was one of the directors on the pilot of Witches of East End. He is also directing another adaptation of an YA novel, Blood Sisters, the first novel in Richelle Mead's Vampire Academy series.
