Tarkoff is a Warlock and an old friend of Joanna Beauchamp, coming to help her in East Haven. But it seems as though he has a darker agenda on his mind... and his old friend might as well be his next target.
Biography[]
Back in Asgard[]
Few things are known about Tarkoff, except that he was friend with both Joanna Beauchamp and Victor in Asgard and that he introduced the two of them to each other; eventually they got married soon after they met.[1]
Centuries on Earth[]
Tarkoff was one of the many witches and warlocks who escaped Asgard after the war against King Nikolaus and arrived on Earth. However, he was in reality the King's faithful and loyal servant who spied on the rebels during the war and reported everything to Nikolaus, hoping that he would later be able to claim Joanna as the well-deserved reward for the faith he showed.[2]
Later on, he pursued his mission towards the King and kept an eye on the Beauchamps and Joanna from afar.
The King's Servant[]
Tarkoff came to East Haven pretending he had heard about Victor's passing and wanted to comfort his old friend Joanna. However, his true intentions were to remind Frederick Beauchamp, the King's grandson, of his own mission: to weaken Joanna - Nikolaus's most powerful opponent - and find a fitted host for the King.
At night, Tarkoff showed up on Joanna's doorstep and pretended to be here for an old-friend reunion, when truly, he came only to see if Frederick would honor his mission to the King and poison his mother.
